Nuri Tales is a mindful parenting companion that turns everyday challenges into personalized, age-appropriate stories that strengthen the emotional bond between parents and children. When a difficult moment happens — a tantrum, a lie, a struggle with sharing — you describe the situation once things feel calm. Nuri Tales creates a story that mirrors the experience, so your child feels seen rather than lectured.
Nuri Tales is built on a rupture-repair-attachment framework rooted in developmental child psychology — the natural cycle of connection, disconnection, and reconnection that builds secure attachment.
Every story follows three steps: the child feels seen without judgment, watches a character navigate a difficult feeling (not receive a lesson), and experiences the parent-child relationship being strengthened through repair. Stories never lecture, moralise, or judge — they don't label behaviour as good or bad. Instead, they use carefully chosen metaphors to help children recognise their feelings from the inside.
Each story is tailored to your child's developmental stage. For ages 3–4, stories are short, sensory, and concrete. For ages 5–6, they introduce internal dialogue and competing feelings. For ages 7–8, they explore multiple perspectives and moral complexity.
Every story also comes with a Parent Note, a Language Toolkit with metaphor-based phrases that become shared family language, and Reflection Prompts designed as wondering together — never as comprehension tests.
